Normally I wouldn't write someone to thank them for something for which I paid my good, hard-earned money. However, when you are so impressed by a company and its employees, which are really the heart of the business, I must respond. The windows and entryway we had installed have not only made our house more energy efficient but also beautiful. The first day after the installation my wife noted how much cooler our master bedroom was, at the same temperature setting. Our master bedroom is upstairs, has 4 large windows and is blasted by the morning sun. I love the Low-E glass. Instead of closing all the blinds, my wife opened them to enjoy all the wonderful light - the light that was there when we bought the house and we thought was so great. Goodbye dark rooms! Samuel - to call him a salesman is a misnomer. Your product sells itself. He simply presents it. He does so with complete honesty and integrity. No pressure! No bad comments about other products or companies, just the facts. Although, I must say he has a very warm and pleasing personality which makes him quite endearing to our family. Our installers, individually introduced themselves and shook my hand when they arrived to start the work. They were exactly on time as John said when the appointment was scheduled. They covered the work areas and cleaned up inside and out when they were finished. My wife said &Who ran the vacuum cleaner?& I said &They did.& She said &Wow&. By the way, guess who showed up about an hour after the job was finished? Samuel. He wanted to be sure we were pleased and satisfied with the installation. We are!

Let's face it, life gets busy and we learn to live with status quo. If the product or service isn't too bad, we don't complain. If it isn't that good, we don't compliment either. I'm not your typical customer who takes time out of my busy day to put pen to paper about anything. Today, however, is different. My husband and I started the process of researching replacement windows. There are many companies, many choices, and many variables. At the end of the day, I kept circling back to actual customer experience. My mother had gotten All American Renovations replacement windows many years ago and always spoke highly of her experience. As her daughter, I knew this is not to be taken lightly; my mother was a demanding consumer. She expected quality, value, excellent customer service, and honesty. If a representative was late for an appointment, they were marked off the list. If the quality wasn't head and shoulders above the competition and at a bargain price, they were marked off the list. If she sensed even a hint of compromised integrity, they were marked off the list. My mother LOVED her All American Renovations windows buying experience. Now, all I needed to do was make sure this company hadn't changed. We made an appointment with Samuel, the sales manager. He was happy to accommodate our busy schedules. He showed up five minutes early for our appointment, came prepared to discuss the quality and value of the windows, and also to answer all of our questions. He provided great insight on which windows would look best in our home. He also provided an easy to understand estimate and showed pride in his employment. Samuel is one of the most genuine and eager to please gentlemen we've ever had the pleasure of meeting. After speaking with him, we were so confident that the All American Renovations continued to be an industry benchmark for excellence, we wrote a check that night to start the process of getting our new windows! So, a la the Late Show, here are my Top Ten reasons I'm glad we went with All American Renovations: 1. Samual is one of the most knowledgeable salespeople I've ever worked with... He told us what we needed to know, NOT what he thought we wanted to hear, as happened in pitches from other companies! 2. Best reputation: We sought friends' and neighbors' advice about whom to use for door and window replacement and everyone who had used All American Renovations had only good things to say! 3. Superior quality products that support the old adage, The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten. 4. Impeccable installation with a life-time guarantee... You can’t beat that! 5. No mess inside! Every day, tarps go down on the rugs and floors; all rubbish is removed daily. 6. No mess outside! After the truck leaves, you would never know anything was going on at the worksite. Every bit of debris is picked up and removed. 7. On-time service: The job started the day it was promised... No last-minute "We're-running-a-little late" telephone calls! Each morning, the truck arrived promptly, and the work continued throughout the day. 8. Outstanding installers: They are polite, respectful, solicitous and helpful. It can be uncomfortable to have strangers in your home and on your property, but the workmen who have been here have made the process very comfortable. 9. Convenient financing options. A job of this size is a big investment, and All American Renovations offered a great plan that we can live with. 10. The house looks great!

Full home window replacement. Patio door replacement, Entry door replacement, Cut-out two new window openings. Removed a rotting 2nd story balcony and patio door, framed out the opening and added a new window. I cannot say enough about All American Renovations work here, John & the crew did everything in a week and left our home in a better state then they found it! Starting with the bid phase, we thought thought we would have to swallow a propsal of over $25k to get all wood windows and doors; however, Samuel told us not to get discouraged and walked us through what we wanted before picking wood, vinyl or fiberglass window units. Turned out he got us a package, with a patio door and entry door, that was less than some companies wanted for just a set of vinyl windows. Installation was a breeze. John's crew originally drew some lines of responsibility (I had to demo the old balcony), but they had pity on me and helped finish it off. They also left some tools overnight so I could make headway on some of the siding repairs that were not part of the contract. It has been a winter and a summer since we had the installation work done. Over the past year we've been able to vent our house (the old windows didn't have screens) and keep the heating and air conditioning running at a much more reasonable cost. Overall, their handiwork has held up, looks great, and I have openly recommended them to friends and coworkers.

I cannot begin to describe what wonderful experience it was from start to finish. John and his crew were always punctual and extremely professional. They were here for four days and after each day they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. The other estimates we received from other companies never included a complete rip out and replacement with Marvin windows. The wood on our 50 year old windows were rotting and in very poor condition so we did not want to simply wrap the outside seals with aluminum like other companies said they would do. Steven said the bay window in our dining room would probably have fallen out soon due to the severe rotting of the wood. Now, it looks amazing. The workmanship on the new molding they installed around the windows is great, too. I highly recommend All American Renovations to anyone who is considering having their windows replaced. It was a completely stress free experience.

My husband and I are so pleased with the installation of our 5 large windows and sliding glass door. Every employee of All American Renovations and Door have been wonderful and very professional. Matt gave us good information about the windows, Ellen was so friendly on the phone scheduling our windows to be installed, John measured our windows and was very efficient and the installers were the best! They worked together well, very neat and clean in all the areas, knowledgeable and efficient, friendly and enjoyable to have around the house all day. All American Renovations should be proud of these employees. We have decided to do our master bedroom window now as we realize the reduction in noise and the great energy efficiency with our new windows. Thank you for your great service!

Samuel and his crew expertly installed about 18 new windows and the new bay window over the span of 3 days. Their work was very professional and they took great care in every aspect of the installation process. They were careful to protect stairs and carpeting, and left my home in excellent condition. I am happy to highly recommend All American Renovations and their crew for the excellent job in my home!

Your people are simply the very best. Thank you so much for being with us every step of the way. Pete and I had our home built 41 years ago and basically we maintained our home with small repairs here and there. It's all about family, caring and total follow through. We now feel we have a brand new home... windows, roof and siding... all with the All American Renovations name on it!

I know it's been a while since I had my new windows installed, but I have been in the middle of an ongoing remodeling process, that has opened some very strange adventures as it is with older homes. I love my new windows, for the first week, I just stayed in front of the house and kept looking out every chance I got. Since then the room they were put in has been a storage room for new kitchen cabinets, new bath fixtures, oh by the way, the bathroom window has gotten more compliment than I even imagined. Hopefully all will be complete before Thanksgiving, considering this year Thanksgiving dinner is at my home for the family. Then it will be time to set up the Christmas tree in front of the picture window. I can barely wait!!! Thank you again for your courteous window salesman, Samuel, and the gentlemen who installed the windows. They were efficient and did it all in a timely manner, came to work on time, left when they said they would be complete, and cleaned up after themselves. I have spread the world about All American Renovations to most everyone I know, because I was bragging about my new windows.

This is the third time I've had All American Renovations work at our home. They had the window and door products that I wanted for our home at a price that I know was perfect. No jockeying around. This is the price, the end. The workmanship was excellent. It has been six years that I have worked with All American Renovations on three projects. I feel that I can call All American Renovations and know that I will not be disappointed. Even during a Christmas emergency they answered my call. You don't find companies that are concerned and as helpful as the owners of All American Renovations. They have my recommendation and thanks for beautiful windows and doors.

We love our beautiful new windows! We would like to thank you for sending such a superb crew to install our windows this week. We offer them our best compliments. We were more than satisfied with their work. Led by John, they worked in a prompt and professional manner. Our new carpets were carefully protected, and they cleaned up impeccably when they were finished. They had to take down our blinds to install the windows and they carefully took the time to rehang them. At the end, the crew patiently and politely answered all of our detailed questions. Perhaps most importantly, their work, when they were finished, looked like the work of expect craftsmen. We love our beautiful new windows! Hold on to this crew. They are good!

We were very impressed with you from the way you handled everything. From the very beginning to the courtesy phone call upon receiving checks and calls ahead of time to set up the install of our windows and patio door. Please tell your install team that we were very impressed with their work. They were very friendly, neat, and I liked the way they put down protective sheets over the carpet all the way from the door to where they were installing the windows. They really worked as a team and did a fantastic job putting the windows and patio door in and cleaning up. Thank you all again

All American Renovations provided the best price after we shopped around various providers. We had 16 Marvin windows installed in older (1920s) home including two bays; they look great. Feels a lot less drafty too. Aside from best price, they were also low/no pressure. They let product sell itself. A nice contrast to some reps from other providers. Crew of five worked together well; friendly and considerate. Very happy with results, although didn't realize there would be inside painting, touch up to the extent there was. This would have been true after any replacement window installation.

I was very impressed with the courteous, congenial, dedicated work ethic of your employees during the installation of doors at my home. Each employee seemed to be a 'stickler' for perfection in their workmanship. You should be very proud of them. Thank you for a job well-done. I couldn't be more pleased.

Just a note to let you know we are very happy with our new windows. They are so easy to open and close, and being able to TILT them in makes it almost fun to wash windows again, and as you know we had plenty of old windows to struggle in and out. The crew did a wonderful job of installing them, and explaining how to work again. Any mess that was made during installation was completely gone. All in all everything looks great and I am sure we will notice the difference this winter.

I chose All American Renovations based on their reputation, warranty and product features. Our installer Benjamin and his crew did a terrific job! They worked hard and got the job done in a timely manner. Great from sales to installation, I am very pleased with All American Renovations. After replacing 28 windows, we came back and replaced our front and back doors! Our salesperson was terrific to work with, no pressure and very helpful! Even my neighbors commented on the beauty of my front door.

All American Renovations did a tremendous clean full tear out installation on casement windows in my kitchen and in my living room. They managed to tear out the old original windows from a house that was built in 1929, WITHOUT interfering with any existing plaster and wall paper surface. They replaced all of the millwork to match the existing millwork and did an excellent job cleaning up.

Installed three replacement windows on the third floor. My experience was excellent from beginning to end. I needed three new windows on the third floor. The previous owners had replaced all of the windows in the house except these three. Unfortunately, the windows they had used are no longer available, and I had to spend a little more than I had hoped to get windows close enough in color and style to look right. Steven was especially helpful in making suggestions about the options available to me and scheduling installation when I could take off work. He was particularly attuned to working with old houses and finding appropriate style windows. And John and his crew arrived right on time and finished their work on time as promised. The windows look and work great! The installation was perfect and everything left clean - in fact the carpet was probably cleaner when they left than when they arrived! I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone needing to replace old windows.

We had 21 windows replaced - full replacement with trim. We could not have been happier with our choice of All American Renovations to do our windows. We had talked with about 6 companies and got several estimates, but decided on this company due to the Stevens' excellent knowledge, professionalism and attention to every detail. Shannon was prompt, courteous and answered every question we had and put us at ease right away that we had found the right company for our job. The crew was always on time, extremely neat and the craftmanship was beyond our expectations. The wood trim and windows were of excellent quality and look so beautiful. They took great care to make sure nothing in the house would get broken during installation and cleaned all debris away immediately. John always made sure we were satisfied and gave us good information on how to open, clean and take care of our windows and how to stain or paint them and even gave us the name of someone who can do that for us if we so choose. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to have their windows installed by a company who really knows what they are doing. It was a pleasure to have them in our home.

Removed existing windows. Replaced 17 openings with Andersen double hung and casement windows with insulated glass, full screens and airspace grills. The work was completed as scheduled, clean-up was well done. The workers were pleasant and diligent. Follow-up was completed promptly and efficiently. We were pleased with the personal contacts and the installation.
