We measure exteriors with HOVER and scan interiors with a LiDAR camera, then write a line-item estimate you can read down to the board.

Built to the Manufacturer's Instructions

Our project managers run the job, and our crews follow the manufacturer’s written installation instructions.

A Final Walkthrough

We walk the finished job with you before we call it done.

Gutter installers arrived on time, double-checked orders, respected property, honored a couple of my requests, i.e. dog time in yard, put a heavy piece of deck equipment back. They replaced the siding, sheathing, and wrapping around the house. They replaced the gutters with brand new gutters with gutter guards and downspouts. A beautiful fresh coat of paint around the house, windows and garage door. They put up my new light fixtures at the front and back doors. Project manager Chris kept me informed on the progress and if there were any issues they found while working. Very happy with the end result. All American Renovations did an amazing job!

John tested the gutters after install to make sure the water flowed correctly. He even cleaned out the debris that was clogging the downspout. From the very beginning, Chris was wonderful to work with. He was always professional, respectful, and incredibly responsive. Whether it was a quick question or a project update, he made sure I was kept in the loop through calls and texts, which gave me a lot of peace of mind throughout the renovation.

What really stood out to me was Chris’s attention to detail. He consistently caught things that I never would have noticed myself and took the initiative to make sure everything was done right. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and takes pride in the finished product.

This project involved a lot of moving parts—framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, painting, and coordinating multiple subcontractors—but Chris handled everything seamlessly. The subcontractors were professional, respectful of our home, and kept the work area as clean as possible throughout the process.

While there were a few delays along the way, they were always communicated clearly, and there were never any surprises. The project stayed on budget, and I always felt like I knew what was happening and what to expect.

The finished space is beautiful and has completely transformed that part of our home. What was once an unused loft area is now a functional, well-designed bathroom and closet that we will enjoy for years to come.

I would absolutely hire All American Renovations again, and I highly recommend asking for Chris. Finding a contractor who is skilled, communicative, honest, and genuinely invested in doing great work is rare, and Chris exceeded my expectations in every way.
