Who we are
All American Renovations is a residential renovation contractor. Our legal name is AAX of GA, Inc. Our office is at 25 Tom Eason Drive, Hampton, Georgia 30228, and our design center is at 42 Railroad Ave, Forsyth, Georgia 31029. When this policy says “we,” “us” or “our,” it means AAX of GA, Inc.
What information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form, use one of our pricing estimators, start a chat, call, text or email us, we collect what you choose to share. That usually includes your name, phone number, email address, the address of your project, and details about the work you’re thinking about.
Information from our website chat. Our website chat is answered first by Reagan, an AI assistant, and then by our team. We keep the conversation so our team can follow up and pick up where it left off.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours collects basic technical information when you visit: the pages you view, how you got to our site, your general location based on your internet connection, your browser and device type, and the date and time of your visit. We use cookies and similar tools to do this. See “Cookies and analytics” below.
Phone calls. Calls to our office may be recorded for quality and training, and callers hear an announcement saying so at the start of the call. When our office can’t pick up, such as after hours, at lunch or when we’re on another call, an answering service takes your name, number and message and sends it to our team so we can call you back.
Information from other sources. If you leave us a review on Google, GuildQuality, Facebook or a similar site, or if someone refers you to us, we may receive the information that comes with that.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Respond to your questions and requests
- Schedule calls, consultations and site visits
- Prepare estimates and proposals
- Manage your project, including scheduling, communication and warranty service
- Send you texts and emails about your project or your request
- Send occasional updates or offers, if you’ve agreed to receive them
- Understand how people use our website so we can improve it
- Keep our records, meet legal requirements and protect our business
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your request, your appointment or your project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is only shared with the service providers that help us send messages, as described below.
Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to run our business and serve you:
- Service providers that help us operate, such as our website host, our answering service, our customer management and messaging systems, our scheduling and project management software, our measurement and design tools, and our email provider. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Trade partners and suppliers working on your project, such as subcontracted crews and material suppliers, who need your name, address and project details to do the work.
- Our sister company, American Craftsman Homes, which has the same owners, where it is involved in permitting or another part of your project.
- Others when required, such as to comply with the law, respond to a lawful request, or protect the rights and safety of our customers, our team or our business.
- A future owner of our business, if the business is ever sold or merged, under the same protections described here.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files your browser stores so a website can remember things between visits. We use them to keep the website working, to remember your preferences, and to run our website chat. We use Google Analytics to measure website traffic and Google Search Console to understand how people find our site in Google search. These services may set their own cookies. How we protect your information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including limiting access to the people and providers who need it. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it for the purposes above. For customers, that includes the length of any warranty on your project, which can run for many years, plus any period required by law or for our records.
Your choices
- Stop texts: reply STOP.
- Stop marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in the email.
- See, correct or delete your information: call 770-629-0589 or email contact@myaareno.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep some information, such as contracts, warranty records and anything the law requires us to keep.
Links to other websites
Our site links to other websites, including manufacturers, government agencies and review sites. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy doesn’t cover them.
Children
Our website and services are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page.
