Seamless Gutters and Gutter Guards in Henry County and Middle Georgia
Gutters are where we started, in 2001. We hang 6-inch seamless aluminum gutters only, on hidden hangers every 24 inches, and we make our own Everclean gutter covers. We work across Henry County, Middle Georgia and Metro Atlanta.

How We Hang Every Gutter
These are the rules on every gutter job we do. Each one is something you can check on your own house, or on another company’s quote.
6-Inch Gutters Only
We stopped hanging 5-inch gutters. The price difference is pennies, and a 6-inch gutter holds more water while it waits on the downspout. A lot of our work is replacing 5-inch gutters on houses that needed 6-inch to begin with.
Hidden Hangers Every 24 Inches
No spikes through the face of the gutter. If you can see nail heads every few feet on the front of your gutters, they were hung with spikes.
Hand-Cut, Laced Corners
We cut and lace every corner by hand instead of using pre-made miter boxes, which add two more seams per corner. If a gutter is going to leak, it’s going to be at a corner.
One Downspout Per 40 Feet
Count the downspouts on any gutter quote against the length of the roofline. We put in at least one for every 40 feet of gutter, so 160 feet draining through two isn’t enough.
What We Install and Repair
We replace gutters, add covers to gutters that are still sound, and fix the fascia behind them. We won’t tie new gutter into old gutters or old downspouts, because we can’t warranty a joint where our work meets someone else’s.
Seamless Gutters
6-inch aluminum gutters formed to fit your house, so the only joints are at the corners.
Gutter Guards
Everclean, the cover we make ourselves, mounts to the fascia instead of going under your shingles. We also install GutterLock and stainless steel mesh, and we’ll tell you which fits your trees.
Downspouts
New downspouts with every gutter job, at least one for every 40 feet of gutter.
Drainage Improvements
Correct pitch, added downspouts and better placement, so water leaves the roofline where you want it.
Fascia and Soffit Repair
Rotted fascia gets replaced before new gutters go up. When it’s needed, it typically runs $1,500 to $2,500.
Gutter Replacement
Removal of old or do-it-yourself section gutters and a new 6-inch system, with a 15-year labor warranty.
Is It Time to Replace Your Gutters?
Sagging Gutters
Gutters pulling away from the house have usually lost their fasteners, or the fascia behind them has rotted.
Leaks and Overflow
A clogged gutter is the most common reason gutters overflow. If they’re clean and still overflow, the gutter is too small, the pitch is off or there aren’t enough downspouts.
Cracks and Rust
Steel gutters rust through at the bottom. Section gutters from a home store leak at the joints.
Foundation or Erosion Issues
Water pooling at the foundation, or a bed washing out under a corner, means the water isn’t going where it should.
What Affects the Cost
of a Gutter Project?
Most gutter-only jobs we did this year came in between $2,500 and $4,500. New gutter runs about $8 to $12 a foot installed. See the full price breakdown.
Small jobs carry a $900 setup charge to get a crew and equipment to your house, and removing old gutters runs about $2.86 a foot.
Factors That Impact Cost
Home Size and Roofline
More feet of gutter, more corners and more downspouts mean more material and labor. Each field-cut corner on a gutter cover is $10.
Keep or Replace
If your gutters are sound and pitched right, we can add covers without replacing them. If not, it’s new 6-inch gutter.
Covers or Screens
Full covers like Everclean and GutterLock run $5.00 a foot to install. Stainless steel mesh screens run $4.00 a foot.
Downspouts and Fascia
Extra downspouts and any fascia repair are listed as their own lines on your estimate.

Gutter FAQs
How do I know if my gutters need to be replaced?
Sagging or separating gutters, leaks at the corners and joints, rust, or gutters that overflow even when they’re clean. Gutters with seedlings growing out of them need cleaning first, and that alone fixes a lot of overflow.
What's the difference between seamless and sectional gutters?
Seamless gutters are one piece per run, so the only joints are at the corners. Section gutters from a home store join every 10 feet, and every joint is a place to leak. We replace do-it-yourself section gutters all the time.
Are gutter guards worth it?
For most houses near trees, yes, if you pick the right kind. Standard screens struggle badly with pine straw; full covers handle it better. Our Everclean cover mounts to the fascia, not under your shingles, and comes with a lifetime no-clog, no-leak guarantee. No cover means you never clean anything, though: debris that piles up on the roof itself still has to be cleared.
How often should gutters be cleaned?
It depends on the trees around you. A clogged gutter is the most common reason gutters overflow, so under pines or hardwoods, check them every spring and fall. Covers cut the cleaning down but don’t end it.
Can clogged gutters damage my home?
Yes. Overflowing water soaks the fascia and soffit, splashes the siding and pools at the foundation.
Can gutters help prevent foundation problems?
A properly functioning gutter system helps direct water away from your home’s foundation, reducing the risk of erosion and moisture-related issues.
How long do gutters typically last?
It depends on the material and how they were hung. Steel gutters eventually rust through, and gutters hung with spikes can pull loose from the fascia. Our labor warranty on new gutters is 15 years.
What affects the cost of gutter replacement?
Total footage, the number of corners and downspouts, whether you add covers or screens, and any fascia repair. Most gutter-only jobs we did this year ran $2,500 to $4,500.
