THE PROJECT
Made for More Time Outside
This outdoor renovation brings together open-air living and covered comfort in one connected design. A spacious deck extends from the home while the screened porch creates a protected place to relax, gather, and enjoy the surrounding landscape.
CONNECTED OUTDOOR LIVING
Two Spaces. One Seamless Retreat.
The open deck and screened porch work together as distinct but connected spaces. Wide transitions keep movement easy between sun and shade, while the consistent material palette gives the entire outdoor area a unified feel.
OPEN-AIR LIVING
Built Around the Backyard
The open deck creates generous room for everyday living and entertaining while keeping the wooded setting front and center. Clean rail lines preserve the sense of openness, allowing the surrounding landscape to remain part of the experience.
COHESIVE BY DESIGN
A Finished Look from Every Angle
Dark wood tones, black balusters, and crisp horizontal skirting create a finished exterior that feels intentional from every angle. Each element works together to connect the new outdoor spaces with the character and color of the home.
BUILT FOR EVERYDAY LIVING
Room to Live Beyond the Walls
From quiet mornings under cover to afternoons on the open deck, this connected retreat gives the homeowners more ways to enjoy life outside, without feeling disconnected from home
