FEATURED BATHROOM PROJECT
Primary Bath and Closet Addition on Lake Oconee in Greensboro
On this Lake Oconee home in Greensboro, GA, we built a 13×10 addition, turned the old bathroom and closet into one new primary bathroom, and put the new primary closet in the addition.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
A Bigger Bath and a New Closet
The old bathroom and closet became the new primary bathroom, and the new 13×10 addition holds the primary closet. Structural work like this addition is permitted under the Georgia contractor license of our sister company, American Craftsman Homes.
Vanities, a Makeup Vanity and Wallpaper
Fabuwood cabinets went in at the vanities, with a tile backsplash above them, new mirrors and all new fixtures. There’s also a statement makeup vanity, and wallpaper finishes the room. The tile is a 24×24.
A Frameless Glass Shower and a Custom Closet
The walk-in shower has frameless glass doors. The new closet in the addition has Fabuwood cabinets and custom shelves.
